1. Concierge Engagement & Scope
By accessing portfoliopickbord.com or requesting advisory services through Portfoliopickbord Luxury Hospitality Ltd., you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England & Wales. Portfoliopickbord acts as an independent luxury travel curator, advising on and facilitating premium resort, suite, and private villa bookings.
2. Reservation Protocols & Guarantees
All room allocations, unadvertised upgrades, and bespoke resort credits featured on Portfoliopickbord are subject to real-time property availability and property General Manager confirmation. While our direct relationships ensure high upgrade priority, complimentary room upgrades are confirmed upon arrival unless explicitly specified as a guaranteed advance booking benefit.
3. Deposit & Cancellation Frameworks
Specialized private villa contracts, island buyouts, and festive season allocations adhere strictly to the individual hotel or villa owner's cancellation schedule. Deposit requirements, damage guarantees, and cancellation deadlines will be detailed in your individual booking agreement prior to payment processing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, claymorphic UI elements, specialized destination guides, and proprietary hotel scoring systems published on portfoliopickbord.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Portfoliopickbord Luxury Hospitality Ltd. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Portfoliopickbord shall not be liable for operational delays, flight cancellations, force majeure events, or changes in third-party property amenities beyond our direct operational control.
